I used to manage and coordinate company’s communication strategy in oline and offline channels.
I created and scheduled <strong>newsletters</strong> for actual subscribers as well as to get new ones. I also managed the online presence of the company within Social Media sites: <strong>Facebook</strong>, <strong>Twitter</strong> and <strong>YouTube</strong> and I updated company’s web site with posts or recommended links.
Because company sells e-learning courses, I was in charge of the <strong>customer support</strong> too.
